Summer Solstice Oil

Reading through my Celtic books this weekend I was inspired to infuse a jar of calendula flowers. Bright yellow blossoms that gleam through their apothecary jar just asking to be placed in one of my concoctions.

8 oz of Sunflower oil

2 0z of Grapeseed oil

.50 oz Vitamin E oil

.25 oz fragrance oil .5 oz essential oil

1/4 cup calendula flowers

Place into clear jar and shake. Set the jar in a sunny window for the next week. Allowing the calendula flowers to infuse into the oil.
